Hi, I’m Rav and I’m thrilled to welcome you to Kiddo Sleep Factor. As a mother of a 2.5-year-old daughter, I know firsthand just how important sleep can be. That’s why I became a Certified Sleep Sense™ Consultant and founded Kiddo Sleep Factor. My personalized sleep solutions are family-centred, evidence-based, and attachment-focused.
My goal is to help every parent teach their babies solid sleep skills and integrate them into their parenting journey. I remember when I had my first child, I was overjoyed until the reality of sleepless nights hit me. I was exhausted, stressed, and constantly waking up to feed my daughter every 45 minutes to 2 hours. It became a habit for her and I was left sleep deprived and desperate for a solution.
That’s when I asked for help and discovered how to break these unhealthy sleep cycles. After just a few nights of practice, my daughter was able to self-settle and sleep throughout the night independently. It was a game-changer for both of us.
My passion for healthy sleep habits has led me to leave my career as a Child and Youth Counsellor to become a Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I am now on a mission to educate families on how prioritizing good sleep can create a positive home atmosphere that fosters parental connection and allows bonding to thrive.
It is my belief that quality sleep is not a luxury, but a crucial necessity for everyone.
